1on1 Personal Training

Muscle Method offers private 1on1 Personal Training that focuses on the importance of technique and proper exercise execution. We TEACH our clients how to properly and effectively weight train. By doing this, we not only maximize results but we also prevent injury, ultimately improving the quality of your everyday life.

Semi-Private Classes

Our semi-private group classes are 45minutes of strength and conditioning. These are small group classes with a maximum of 7 people per class.

We are currently running our semi-private group classes 3 times per week, with more classes (Tuesdays and Thursdays) being added soon.

Classes are Monday & Wednesday at 7pm, and Saturday at 12:30pm

Virtual Training

Not in the area? No problem!

Muscle Method also offers virtual training packages. No matter if you have gym access or not, we design a custom plan that is tailored to your exact needs.

From your workout program, to your diet plan, we have you covered.
